  2. 1970s-1980s:  Founder of Holguin Corporation; pioneer of first desktop workstation for Computer Aided Design (CAD), which produced thousands of worldwide installations in over 30 countries.

  3. 1980s-1990s:  CEO of Accugraph Corporation; developed software products for high-tech global markets of CAD and Telecommunications (includes strategic partnership with Hewlett-Packard).

  4. 2007 - present:  Founder of SecureOrigins, Inc.: developers of the designs and applications for the emerging technology of intelligent software agents.


Fatih Akben, Operations & Integration Manager

  1. Fatih brings more than twenty-five years of experience in high tech R&D.  H is an innovative strategic leader and practical tactical manager, delivering corporate success through exceptional commitment to customer success.  For ten years Fatih served as director of R&D of Accurgraph Corporation and reported directly to Hector Holguin.  He played a key role in the success of Accurgraph in both the CAD and telecommunications markets.  Fatih excels in solving complex problems through rigorous business planning and expert management of high tech projects.  Fatih has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.


Peter Rittmann, Chief Technology Officer

Peter brings more than 20 years of high technology experience to his role.  Serving as Chief Architect, he designed and built the SecureOrigins Command Center, which is known for its leading-edge design with next generation fusion capabilities.  An expert in technology — as well as advising and presenting on a full range of technical issues for the technical and non-technical alike — he leads internal and client-based technology acquisitions and implementations. Peter is a graduate of Texas A&M University.


Bob Gray, P.E., GIS Program Manager

Bob Gray worked at Accugraph Corporation for ten years, where he specialized in technical designs and application using Geographic INformation Systems with extensive use of mapping software.  Bob was instrumental in securing funding to implement the Regional Geospatial Services Center at the University of Texas at El Paso.  He started his professional career at the Metropolitan Planning Organization where he provided GIS-based transportation modeling for regional transportation projects.  Bob Gray has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from UTEP.


Rosario Holguin, Director of Sales & Marketing

  1. Rosario brings more than 20 years of public and private sector experience, and heads business development, funding acquisition, advocacy strategies and stakeholder outreach. An expert in U.S.-Mexico policy and border issues — as well as a seasoned public speaker— Rosario received a standing ovation at her keynote address at the Border Issues Conference at the Library of Congress.  She is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
